For all general inquiries related to the 12 month builder provided warranty or inquiries about structural matters, please contact Innovative Builders at email@example.com. For all inquiries related to townhomes that have surpassed their 12 month builder provided warranty, please refer to your 5 year homeowners warranty provided through RWC. More information about your 5 year RWC homeowners warranty can be found at the bottom of this webpage under the "warranty info" tab. In the unlikely event of an emergency regarding your townhome, you will find contact information for our mechanical service teams below.
*Please note that the list of emergency contacts for our mechanical service teams will differ if you purchased your townhome prior to April 1, 2022.
