Over the past several weeks, the spread of COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) within the United States has resulted in unprecedented disruptions to our daily lives. Jordan Crossing Townhomes is still here to assist you in finding your dream home. For the health, wellness and safety of our team members, residents, families, customers and guests, effective immediately, we are taking the following steps across our company.

1. We can accommodate virtual showings at any time upon request.
2. Many questions can be answered by visiting JordanCrossingTownhomes.com
3. We can accommodate in-person showings under the following conditions:
   • There is a maximum of 3 people allowed to walk through a home in a single visit,
   • A representative from Jordan Crossing Townhomes will remain outside to answer questions after the showing, following appropriate social distance guidelines and face mask requirements. 
   • Each guest participating in the showing will be required to wear provided shoe coverings given at the beginning of the tour. The wearing of a mask and gloves is asked to help limit the potential exposure to COVID-19.
   • All surfaces in the home, including door handles and light switches will be sanitized before and after each tour takes place.

4. Should you wish to purchase one of our beautiful, luxury townhomes; we require the use of our contract. Our contract can be found at JordanCrossingTownhomes.com, at the bottom of any website page under the "important documents" tab.
